The Department of Computer Science at The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) invites applications for one non-tenure track, non-benefits eligible position, starting Fall 2019 (Lecturer I or Lecturer II depending on the qualifications and experience of the finalist candidate).

Lecturer II: Requires a minimum of at least two years teaching experience at UTSA or commensurate experience at another institution and demonstrated high levels of performance as indicated by formal review. Terminal degree not required
Teaching experience in one or more of the areas of specialization listed below:
-Introductory CS Programming Courses
-Data Analysis and Visualization
(A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering or related area may be considered as a substitute for teaching experience)
Responsibilities include teaching CS course(s) on Introductory CS Programming Courses, Data Analysis and Visualization, Software Engineering, and Computer Architecture.
